Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mikefitcoach.com (the "Site") and any services offered through the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms:

  • By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

2. Use of the Site:

  • You may use the Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights:

  • The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Mike Fit Coach and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability:

  • In no event shall Mike Fit Coach or its affiliates, partners, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

5. Governing Law:

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6. Changes to These Terms:

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page.

8.Cancellation of Coaching Direct Debit:

  • Should you wish to cancel your coaching subscription and the associated direct debit payment, you are responsible for initiating the cancellation process directly with your bank or financial institution. Please note that simply discontinuing participation in coaching sessions does not automatically cancel the direct debit arrangement. It is your responsibility to ensure that the direct debit is cancelled to avoid further charges. Any requests for refunds or cessation of charges due to failure to cancel the direct debit will not be honored.

9. Refunds:

  • All coaching fees and associated charges are non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cessation of coaching services, failure to cancel the direct debit, or dissatisfaction with coaching outcomes.

10. Cancellation and Rescheduling of In-Person PT Sessions:

  • A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of in-person personal training sessions. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session and will not be eligible for a refund or credit. Any requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated directly to Mike Fit Coach at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
